I was born in the mountains of North Carolina, in a town named for American pioneer Daniel Boone. I attended the Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, and received a BFA in Painting in 2002.
I currently live and work in New York City. I also write and illustrate the serialized graphic novel That Time We Said Those Nice Things.
